Step 1 - Share your Needs and Ideas with Us

We’ll come back to you with creative ideas, visuals and guide pricing—all tailored to suit your goals. Not sure what to pick? No problem! We’ll help you choose the right products based on your budget, audience and timescale.
Samples: We send plain stock samples of our products delivered to your address. We also offer a pre-production sample service on request, which replicates your vision prior to placing a full order. Please contact the team for more details.
Product Sourcing: Seen a product elsewhere? Can't find what you're after on our website? - We're confident we can get you exactly what you need. We've been in the industry since 2001 and have a wealth of experience, access to thousands of products and factory contacts worldwide.
Face to face Consultations: Our experts can come to you with a range of samples tailored to your needs and industry. Sharing our experience and troubleshooting any budget or time or constraints, to ensure you feel confident in your decision making.
Step 2 - Send in your Design
We’ll guide you through submitting your artwork, making sure it’s in the correct format, size and resolution for the best possible result. Don’t worry if you’re unsure—our team can help with tweaks, adjustments or even creating print-ready files if needed. We’ll also work with you on colour matching to your brand guidelines or Pantone references, to ensure your logo looks just right on every item. Visuals: Your account manager will put together vision boards showing your artwork on different products, so you can really get a feel for how your final items will look. If you'd like, we can also throw in some fresh ideas or whip up a few different designs for you to choose from—making sure you end up with something you absolutely love!
Step 3 - Clear PDF Quote
Our team carefully reviews your product choices, quantities and artwork requirements to provide an accurate price and timeline. We then send you a detailed quote outlining costs, production lead times and any additional fees, so you know exactly what to expect. This quote allows you to review the proposed order before any commitment to moving forward.

Step 4 - Order Confirmation and Artwork Sign off
Once you're happy to proceed, we’ll send over your order confirmation and final artwork proof for approval. This is your chance to carefully review all the details—quantities, colours, positioning and any branding specifics. We want to make sure everything is exactly how you expect it before we move forward. Once you’ve signed off on the proof and confirmed the order details in full, your items will head into production. Nothing goes to print until you’ve given us the green light, giving you full control and peace of mind.

Step 5 - Production Scheduled and Delivery Date Confirmed
Once you’ve signed off on the proofs and confirmed your order, your job is placed specifically into the production schedule - and a delivery date is confirmed. Throughout the process, we monitor production closely to ensure everything stays on track. Our goal is to complete your order as promptly as possible, keeping you informed every step of the way.
Note: We predominantly ship within UK mainland but offer a worldwide Shipping service.
Step 6 - Delivery, Fulfilment or Distribution
Whether you need items shipped directly to your office, multiple locations or even straight to your customers, we can manage the logistics efficiently and reliably.
